Siúcra celebrated the launch of its new Summer recipes by celebrity chef and Siúcra Brand Ambassador, Catherine Fulvio in the Woollen Mills, Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1.

Guests enjoyed an experiential floral afternoon tea, where they exclusively sampled some of Catherine’s show-stopping sweet and savoury Summer recipes, including her Blueberry Poke Cake, Ginger Syrup Lime Tea Cakes, Lemon Coconut Strawberry Squares, Mini Mocha Éclairs, Prawn Dill and Watercress Finger Sandwiches, as well as Spicy Chicken, Coriander and Radish Sandwich Towers.

Guests were also treated to a selection of delicious Siúcra-inspired Summer cocktails, including a sparkling peach Bellini and a vibrant strawberry Rossini.

Catherine hosted an interactive cupcake decorating demonstration, where she helped guests to create their own floral designs with buttercream icing. She also advised how to incorporate edible flowers into home baking creations, as well as sharing her expert baking tips.

In keeping with the on-trend floral theme, Patsie Wrafter and Claire Ryan, owners of The Informal Florist, were also on hand to demonstrate how to create the perfect flower crowns right in time for festival season.

Everyone departed the event with a gorgeous Siúcra goody bag, which included a pretty floral afternoon tea set and delicious macaroons to enjoy a little Siúcra sweet treat at home!
