Overall Job Purpose: To ensure that the Airfreight service delivered, meets and exceeds customer expectations, is in accordance with established service levels/SOPS’s and is within Revenue & Cost parameters. Ensure that all associated administrative requirements are complete and accurate. Proactively support and contribute to the achievement of Departmental, Branch and Company goals and objectives |

Key Relationships: |

Internal: Will need to develop a good working relationship with all personnel in Cork primarily and other Schenker offices in Ireland |
External:

Description of all key tasks and responsibilities including decision making authority (as agreed with Line Manager) – Ensure all customer queries are resolved in a timely manner – Determine Which Airline/s will be utilised on a daily basis thus maximising GP on all files – Update all Customer reports as required and ensure they are received on time – Process all shipments correctly and cost /Invoice on a daily basis – Ensure Health and Safety, Hygiene procedures are adhered to – All C.O.D’s are collected before shipping any shipments concerned |

Qualifications required (formal Education, Professional qualifications, specific industry accreditations) |

Essential Min of 2 years experience within the industry Hold Full clean driver’s licence Good communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure and be customer orientated |
