Here are some of my favourites, choose your glassware accordingly! 

 

Disaronno Fizz

 

INGREDIENTS:

45 ml Disaronno®

Soda or Sparkling Water

Fresh lemon juice

 

RECIPE:

Pour Disaronno into a glass filled with ice, top up with Soda and add

a few drops of fresh lemon juice. Stir gently.

 

GARNISH: Lemon peel

 

Want an after dinner cocktail that is sweet and sour? Look no further than the Disaronno Sour, this decadent cocktail is a twist on a traditional sour using Disaronno

Disaronno  Sour

INGREDIENTS:

200ml Disaronno

3-4 lemons, juiced (you will need 120ml)

1 egg white

A small jar of cherries in syrup

Ice

RECIPE:

Put the amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and 4 tsp of the cherry syrup into a blender (you can also do this in a large cocktail shaker, you will just need to shake it very hard without adding any ice). Whizz up the mixture a few times at a high speed until it is pale and starting to increase in volume. 

Pour into glasses

Garnish with cherries

 

 

If you’ve ever made a Martini, looked at it and thought ‘Why is there no almond in this?’, then we have a Martini variation that will answer that question. The Dis-a-Tini mixes up enough Vodka, Dry Vermouth and Amaretto to put a twist in your next cocktail hour. Use a martini glass for this one. 

INGREDIENTS:

50ml Vodka

15ml Amaretto

15ml Dry Vermouth

RECIPE:

Stir the vodka and vermouth and pour into a martini glass. Add a splash of Disaronno and garnish with an olive.
