Chloe Dunne from Cheveux Hair Salon in Tullamore, Co Offaly pictured as she celebrated winning the Hairtalk hair extensions Creative Force Stylist of the year award, Chloe who is is a hair extensionist and stylist was all smiles as she walked away with €10,000 i for her winning entry in the competition.
