The Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup Stena Line Dublin Horse Show 2019 takes place from the August 7-11 and this year, the line-up is jam-packed with lots of new additions, including an exclusive wellness event by BEO Wellness.
Founded by Aoibhín Garrihy and Sharon Connellan, BEO has grown into a nationwide wellness movement with events that inspire, motivate and encourage self-care for the mind, body and soul.
BEO Bites at the Stena Line Dublin Horse Show runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm on Thursday, August 8 and will feature an impressive line-up of speakers covering topics from food and fitness to skincare and wardrobe wellness, adding to the already glamorous Ladies’ Day at the Show.
Speaking about the new addition to the Show, RDS CEO Michael Duffy said:
“The RDS began exploring wellness through the many benefits of having horses in your life. This year at the Show we will hear from equine-assisted therapists on what we can learn about ourselves through our relationship with our animals. Inviting BEO is an exciting extension of this wellness theme.
“We have worked with Aoibhín and Sharon to curate a series of bite-sized talks to start off Ladies’ Day and put everyone in a good space, including those taking part in the Dundrum Town Centre best dressed competition, which gets underway immediately afterwards.”
