A Taylor Swift tribute is set to take place on Saturday 26th October at the Cork International Hotel in aid of Cope Foundation.

Organised by the Cork International Hotel, Taylor Switch – The Eras Be Grand Tour is aimed at young Swifties who want to celebrate the music of their favourite pop star.

The event is part of a long standing charity partnership between Cope Foundation and Trigon Hotels which includes the Cork International Hotel and the Metropole Hotel.

The partnership resulted in the development of the Cope Foundation garden based in Montenotte and fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs from the garden are used in the hotel kitchens. Trigon hotels also engages with Cope’s Ability@Work programme – a dedicated supported employment service that aims to bring young people with intellectual disabilities and /or autism closer to the labour market.

Speaking ahead of the Taylor Swift event, Eoghan Murphy, General Manager of Cork International Hotel said: “We are delighted to host this Taylor Swift inspired gig. We are always happy to assist the work of the Cope Foundation and this is just another way we can lend our support. Sean Abbott, CEO of the Cope Foundation, said: “we are very grateful for the support we receive from Trigon Hotels.  Year after year, they come up with new ways to include us in their programme.
