A gentle eight-week journey to help you slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself through journaling.

Join Caoimhe every Monday evening for a 30-minute guided journaling session designed to help you create space, build consistency and approach the week ahead with greater clarity and intention.

Each week explores a new theme, with fresh prompts and reflections designed to help you go deeper, gain clarity and reconnect with what matters most.

Each session takes place online via Microsoft Teams, making it easy to join from home.

If you miss a session, don’t worry – the weekly theme and prompts will be sent to you so you can continue your journaling practice in your own time.

The DEFRÉIN Journal is included with every booking.
