Popular Dublin restaurant Suesey Street has announced it will open its doors to serve its renowned contemporary Irish cuisine to the public again on July 1.
Never been? Well to put it briefly Suesey Street is a fine dining restaurant located in Dublin City Centre offering amazing, contemporary Irish cuisine. Locality in every bite, a taste of home in every mouthful. Having operated restaurants in Dublin since 2006, the Kelly family have spent the last 14 years dedicated to supporting local suppliers and other small family businesses around the country. Placing an emphasis on seasonality and locality, Suesey Street aims to offer their guests the best in contemporary Irish food and an unrivalled warmth and welcome that only a family business can provide.
Speaking ahead of the opening, general manager John Healy said the restaurant and staff couldn’t be happier.
“We’d like to sincerely thank all of our customers for their patience and for supporting us. It’s been a challenging few months but we are delighted to be opening our doors to guests again and we can’t wait to see everyone.”
“We’re hoping that people got to sample some of our “Stay at Home Supper Club” dishes throughout the lockdown – people will still be able to order some of our house favourites directly to their door over the next couple of months, but if you’re feeling like getting out of the house for a fine dining lunch or dinner then you can reserve your booking online or give us a call,” he added.
Mr Healy said that safety of staff and customers alike is paramount and the restaurant, based between Fitzwilliam Place and Leeson Street in the city, would be following all HSE protocols and recommended Health and Safety Guidelines.
“Those who’ll be joining us for a sit-down reservation are advised to keep an eye on any safety signage throughout the restaurant and have respect for all of the other diners that will be joining you as we reopen.”
“As always you can expect a very warm welcome from all of the Suesey Street Team. We’re looking forward to seeing lots of familiar faces and some new ones too.”
