Shirley and her team celebrated by dancing the night away into the early hours with family, friends and business colleagues. “It was an amazing night with fantastic music and food! Of course, our award will be displayed proudly on our new reception desk. It has fitted in perfectly already!
“I would like to sincerely thank my clients, my girls and my family. Through their support, loyalty and hard work, we have grown to be the best that we can be. We continuously retrain and update our line of treatments on a monthly basis, both in-house and with our suppliers. You can never stop learning!
“For us as a team, if our clients leave with a smile on their face, it is a job well done! I always believe that by adding that extra personal touch, it not only grew my client base but also grew friendships, which have lasted over 20 years.
“I have ladies coming in today, who came in as little girls with their mums. It is almost a family tradition. I find it so rewarding to watch these ladies now bring their little ones in for a file and polish or to get their ears pierced!”
Throughout the last 12 months, Shirley and her team have celebrated the clinic’s twentieth anniversary by giving the clinic a whole new look! “What started as something small has now turned into an entire rebranding and renovation project, both inside and outside, from new walls, ceilings, tiles, beds, trolleys, nail desks, tannings rooms, reception desk and products to a brand-new shop front.

“We are, of course, doing it all in style at the highest standard with new and improved technology being introduced! We have some amazing plans in the pipeline for 2019 and I cannot wait to tell you all about it, but for now it is being kept under lock and key.” Watch this space!
