Launching on the 25th February, the new Multi-Active Delivery Essence amplifies the skin’s hydration and function by a conditioning method in preparation for the application of other products. In fact, it has been clinically proven to double the penetration of our Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%.
This conditioning essence also instantly hydrates and softens, giving smoother-feeling skin. The lightweight, water-like formulation strengthens the skin barrier after one application, and keeps skin hydrated all day, for a more luminous appearance.
Meet The Technologies:
The Ordinary’s new Multi-Active Delivery Essence contains a specific combination of four active technologies, which effectively hydrate to prime the skin for enhanced penetration of skincare ingredients to assist in unlocking your skin’s true potential.
- Glycerin – Helps to improve skin hydration while reinforcing the skin barrier for moisture retention.
- Propanediol – A humectant that helps to improve skin hydration and can help to support the penetration of certain ingredients into the skin.
- Sodium Caproyl Prolinate – Can help improve the delivery of other technologies within a formula such as amino acids or Niacinamide.
- Glycogen – Supplies the skin with energy to promote a radiant appearance and can help boost the skin’s natural Hyaluronic Acid levels for more hydrated skin.
