The L Word: January 2019

Happy New Year readers!

We’re all probably after making our new years resolutions by now and are sick and tired of eating turkey and tins of sweets.

I’ve enjoyed every over indulging minute of Christmas back home in Cork. I even made a trip to Kildare Village and stayed in the Gorgeous Killashee House hotel and treated myself to a spa treatment.

Anyway, I know the majority of us want to get back into or start being healthy and start exercising more so I thought I’d pick some reasonable active wear for this month column.

I’m big into looking after my health and well being and whether it’s lifting weights at the gym or just going for a walk every bit helps. Your health is your wealth after all.
