We’re delighted to welcome Eyelash Studio by Monika as a new member of the Hi Business Club. Founded by Monika Patasionkiene, who is originally from Lithuania and has over a decade’s worth of experience as a lash technician, Eyelash Studio by Monika opened in Bandon 3 years ago.

Monika originally started out working alone, building a loyal clientele due to her expertise and the trust her clients have in her. As a result of this, Monika was able to expand the business in a number of ways with the studio now offering eyelash, nail, and make-up appointments.
“Since we renovated the salon in February, we’ve added a make-up station and improved the pedicure and manicure areas to create a more cosy and comfortable environment for our clients. Additionally, I plan to to expand the salon in the next few months and I will open a solarium. Clients are already eagerly awaiting this, and we hope it will attract even more clients.”
She also started working more with UV Light Lashes.
“For most clients, this is still something new, but those who have already tried UV Light extensions are incredibly happy and pleased with their choice.”
Passionate about all things eyelashes, Monika spent 2024 working on developing and launching her own brand – “Lush Lashes”. With a lot of hard work and time invested in testing various products, she was able to find what she believed would give her clients the best results possible, prioritising the need for cruelty-free and eco-friendly products.

Monika also launched the “Eyelash Studio Academy”, something she is incredibly proud of, which has allowed her to teach and train new lash technicians the art of eyelash extensions and share all of the experience she has gained over the years. Monika regularly updates her training, having completed a number of online courses to improve not only her eyelash extension skills, but to also learn how to better teach new students in the studio.
