Welcome Xtreme Beauty to the Hi Business Club!

We are so thrilled to welcome Xtreme Beauty as a new member of the Hi Business Club. Founded by the mother-daughter team of Niamh and Hayley, Xtreme Beauty is based in Ballyragget, a small town just outside of Kilkenny, and is a well-loved business in the local community.

Over the last two years, Niamh and Hayley have invested their time and effort in expanding Xtreme Beauty and the services available at the salon. They have introduced Laser Hair Removal, Lash Lift, Hybrid Brows, and the medical-grade brand AlumierMD, which includes chemical peels. This has allowed them to prescribe personalised home care routines to their clients.

Hayley is Xtreme Beauty’s skincare specialist and has over 8 years of experience in the industry, including being trained in AlumierMD treatments. She is exceptionally talented in threading and excels in makeup artistry and beauty treatments. To provide their clients with the best services, Hayley is continuously upskilling. This included undertaking a laser hair removal course and training through the Phi Academy, which allowed the salon to introduce a microneedling service in February of this year. Hayley is also passionate about interacting with clients and growing the business, having completed two marketing courses last year to enhance the salon’s social media platforms.

Niamh is passionate about all things brows, having over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is continuously upskilling and undergoing new training in line with ever-evolving trends. Niamh is qualified in Henna, Hybrid, Brow Lamination, and PhiBrows and has built a strong client base that have stayed with her over the years. She is also trained in laser hair removal and began training as a skin specialist earlier this year.
