Last night, Kildare Village hosted a festive dinner with founder of Sheerluxe, Georgie Coleridge Cole. The event took place in Wilde at The Westbury Hotel in Dublin, the perfect backdrop for an evening of luxury and style.

On arrival, guests were welcomed by Val Forde, Communications and PR Director at Kildare Village, before being introduced to special guest, Georgie Coleridge Cole, founder of the online fashion and lifestyle magazine, Sheerluxe. Attendees on the night included content creators Billy Kiss, Jodie Wood, and Ciara O’Doherty, journalists Aislinn Coffey, Sarah Macken and Elaine Prenderville, as well as stylists Ingrid Hoey, Ciara Hughes and Orla Sheridan.

The stylish event started with a Heidsieck champagne reception on arrival, followed by a delicious sit-down dinner. The festive menu saw attendees enjoy a festive menu including starters such as Wrights of Marino dill cured salmon and Skeaghanore duck breast and white bean cassoulet, followed by mains that included Caulifower risotto and blackened miso sea bass, finishing with a delicious Cru Virunga chocolate fondant.

After guests finished their starters, they enjoyed an exclusive Q&A with the Sheerluxe founder.  Georgie answered all the attendees’ burning questions and gave her expert opinion on all things fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, before announcing how excited she was to visit the luxury shopping destination, Kildare Village.

Georgie Coleridge Cole said ‘I’m delighted to be here tonight with Kildare Village.
