Whether you feel emboldened by the independent spirit of the Roaring Twenties or are inspired by the elegance of the Victorian and Georgian eras, Chupi has created a collection of vibrant new pieces influenced by these timestamps, with pieces to celebrate moments of love, hope and everything in between.

Each piece in the latest collection has a story to tell and is designed to complement and stack with existing Chupi pieces. Building a treasured collection of heirlooms is at the heart of the brand’s vision and ethos, with each piece created to help tell the story of moments of triumphs, challenges, love and hope.

While inspired by history and heritage, each piece in the collection boasts a bold, modern twist and has been made using sustainable materials and practices, designed to be passed down through the generations.

Speaking about the latest collection, Chupi says, “The more I go forward, the more I look back. I’m constantly inspired by beautiful vintage family heirlooms. So much of what I make is influenced by the pieces I was given, but also pieces that I miss in the world, that I want for my moments – stories for the future.”

Marvel at the Victorian Lucky Clover Leaf Diamond collection, inspired by a beloved family heirloom, the Evil Eye necklace, a symbol of strength against the many things that demand our attention in a busy world, and the stunning Dewlight, a 1ct oval lab-grown diamond ring that sparkles with the light of the stars.

Speaking about the brand’s sustainable focus, Chupi says “So many of the rings in our new collection feature lab-grown diamonds, which is so exciting because they are very much the way of the future.”

“With a lab-grown diamond, you get a phenomenal amount of sparkle, with a hugely reduced environmental impact. Our pieces that are made with recycled gold and lab-grown diamonds bring together the best of the past with the best of the future.”

Price points for the new collection begin at €399.

THE STORIES BEHIND THE COLLECTION

The Evil Eye:
Inspired by ancient Evil Eye amulets, Chupi designed this collection to be worn as a powerful token of protection and good fortune. This modern talisman is a symbol of strength against the many things that demand our attention in a busy world. Wear your Evil Eye as part of your modern suit of armour.

“I’m so excited about the Evil Eye Collection. It’s very much about something we all need at the moment: a symbol of protection, a reminder of our strength. I designed the first piece in this collection, the Evil Eye ring, last year, and its story has summed up the last 18 months for me,” Chupi says.

The Victorian Lucky Clover:
Inspired by a beloved family heirloom, a ring from the Victorian era worn by her great aunt, Chupi has created the Lucky Clover Leaf Collection. Victorian jewellery is brimming with stories and hidden meanings; the clover leaf symbolises good luck, with each individual diamond representing faith, hope and love.

North Star Original Signet Ring:
The North Star has long been used to guide sailors at night. A fixed point often called True North, the star shines brightly and unwaveringly, lighting a path to home or off on a bold new adventure. Chupi designed this ring to be a guiding star for moments when you need to remind yourself to follow your own North Star.

Follow Your Dreams Diamond Ring :
An arrow can only be shot by being pulled backwards. Wear your arrow to remind yourself that sometimes we have to take a little step backwards in order to move forwards whilst always following our dreams.

The Dewlight Lab Grown Diamond Ring:
A 1ct carat oval lab-grown diamond is flanked by three diamonds on either side, each of the three diamonds representing the past, present and future. The little sister to the beloved Starlight ring, the Dewlight ring is designed to be worn alone or as the centrepiece of your signature ring stack.

The Georgian Cushion Cut Lab Grown Diamond Ring:
Inspired by the dramatic jewellery of the Georgian era, this modern cushion cut diamond is inspired by a vintage diamond called the Old Mine Cut which dates back to the 1700s.

You Me & Magic 2ct Lab Grown Diamond
Love is a magical thing, Chupi designed this ring with each gemstone representing You, Me & Magic.

Love is All Ruby and Diamond
Chupi’s signature Love is All Ring takes a twist with a Ruby gemstone flanked by two diamonds on a solid 14-carat gold band. Three tiny classic diamonds sparkle on your finger, each representing a word of that immortal phrase Love Is All -the perfect ring to mark a precious moment.

The Hero Garnet Ring

The 1920s were an incredible time as women began to find their power. Inspired by the art deco rings of the 1920s, The Hero ring is a reminder of this strength. At over 500 years old, emerald cut rings are one of the oldest gemstone cuts in the world. They became wildly popular in the 1920s as a symbol of women’s strength and independence.

The Luna Halo Ring:

The Halo diamond ring first became popular in the 1920s. Chupi was inspired by the rings her grandmother used to wear, vintage designs with a halo of diamonds set around a beautiful centre stone echoing the halo of glittering light around the moon in the night sky.

“The 1920s marked the start of the modern, empowered woman. Jewellery started moving away from something you were adorned with, something given to you, to being something we chose ourselves to wear every day. And that journey is still ongoing,” says Chupi.
