Nestling in the sunny courtyard of the Hotel, the stunning Garden Terrace is an oasis of calm, away from the hustle and bustle of life, and surrounded by beautiful trees and plants tended to by the in-house gardener Nick. Sit back and relax to the sound of the water fountain and birdsong and enjoy dining al fresco on summer days and evenings.


The new Summer Garden Terrace lunch menu includes a selection of specially curated Summer Bites including Burrata with Broad Bean Pesto, Preserved Lemon; White Asparagus and Artichokes  – Cold Braised Asparagus, Roman Style Artichokes, Sardinian Bottarga;  Bulgur Tabbouleh Salad – Levantine salad, Parsley, Mint, Spring Onion, Cucumber, Tomato, Pomegranate, Lemon juice, Olive oil; and Lamb Chops with Garlic and Parmesan roasted Potatoes, Pomegranate, Grilled Artichokes and Chimichurri to name a few.


A selection of seasonal sweet treats from the Hotel’s pastry Chef Orna Larkin include Apple and Strawberry Crumble, Vanilla Ice Cream; Dulce De Leche and Banana Chocolate Fondant with Roasted Banana Ice Cream; Prickly Pear and Lime Mousse with Lime Shortbread; and Mango and Passionfruit Entremet – Passionfruit Mousse and Mango Pannacotta.
