What Is Gilded Glamour?
Gilded Glamour is a fashion term used to describe the style that was born from a transformative era from 1870-1900 in America in which saw the average person’s income increase by 50%. This massive increase in fortune from the industrial revolution led to people being able to afford and create far more extravagant dresses and suits. Now, over 100 years later, the fashion styles brought through from the 19th century are still alive today and inspire many different types of outfits.
