THE FRAGRANCE: AN ADDICTIVE AND SENSUAL POTION
An arresting interpretation of the original Eau de Parfum, GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE is a mysterious and sensual potion, one of perfumers Anne Flipo and Nicolas Beaulieu’s most captivating creations yet.
A Jasmine Grandiflorum superinfusion blooming with solar and velvety infections takes center stage at the heart of the fragrance. At its base, GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE unveils a mystical Palo Santo accord, entwined with a rich Bourbon vanilla, sustainably sourced in Madagascar, and a precious Caledonian sandalwood. Two unique and innovative ingredients are combined for an aromatic fusion: purple basil Living™ and gentian/fennel co-distillate. A formula that reinterprets the art of magic using bewitching ingredients that multiply the aura of the perfume.
“Our intention for this new Elixir Intense was to create an even more enchanting, truly irresistible fragrance. As if we were crafting a potion, we were looking for the perfect formula. More spices, more vanilla and olibanum for its mystical and sensual facets. The jasmine is also more rich, creamy and more sandalwood”, explain the perfumers.
GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE is a vegan fragrance, with no animal-derived ingredients.
THE BOTTLE: A FORTUNE TELLER’S CRYSTAL BALL
Like the original fragrance, GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE comes in a clear glass bottle made with 15% recycled glass and is shaped like a fortune teller’s crystal ball. On its top sits a faceted amethyst cap, a symbol of power and positive energy. The GOOD FORTUNE logo is stamped in precious gold.
The deep purple outer pack is made from recyclable FSC® cardboard, with an embossed Viktor&Rolf seal, and hot-stamped GOOD FORTUNE label.
GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE comes in 10ml, 50ml and 90ml formats, along with a 7ml miniature bottle.
THE FACE: FKA TWIGS
Multi-awarded talent, singer and dancer, an artist from another era, a visionary performer with an engaging social presence: FKA twigs was named the face of GOOD FORTUNE when it debuted last year, and also fronts the new GOOD FORTUNE ELIXIR INTENSE campaign.
The fragrance is launched with a stunning new FKA twigs portrait, shot by legendary Dutch photographer duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin – aka Inez & Vinoodh. On the image, she wears a deep purple fortune teller’s cape, designed by Viktor&Rolf.
