The Hotel’s acclaimed pastry chef Orna Larkin has created lots of summer loveliness to enjoy in the cosy and luxurious surroundings of the Lobby Lounge, Reading Room, or weather depending, stunning Garden Terrace, a location which can’t be rivalled on a summer’s day.
Beginning your relaxing experience with a selection of delicious finger sandwiches including Tomato Bread with Prosciutto, Dubliner Cheese, Rocket and Mayo; Chicken Caesar Wrap; Egg Mayonnaise on Focaccia or the Hotel’s famous Lobster Roll followed by fluffy homemade plain and fruit buttermilk scones with clotted cream accompanied with homemade mango and raspberry preserves.

 

Then… let your tastebuds explode with an assortment of summery decadent desserts including Watermelon and Lime Vacherin, Apricot and Almond Entremet, Milk Chocolate and Popcorn Tart, and Lemon Yoghurt and Honey Sponge.

 

All served with your choice of coffee or loose tea or why not further indulge yourselves with a chilled glass of Perrier Jouet Champagne, nothing like bubbles on a sunny day!

 

Summer Afternoon Tea at InterContinental Dublin is €65 per person with Perrier Jouet Champagne Afternoon Tea  –  €85 per person and Perrier Jouet Rosé Champagne Afternoon Tea – €90 per person.

 

Beginning Wednesday May 1st, Summer Afternoon Tea will be served daily from 12.00pm to 4.30pm.

Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Children’s Afternoon Teas are also available and need to be booked in advance.
